What is PCOR9?

Project Corinthians 9 is based on 1 Corinthians 9:19-23.

1Co 9:19  For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more.
1Co 9:20  And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law;
1Co 9:21  To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law.
1Co 9:22  To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.
1Co 9:23  And this I do for the gospel’s sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.

We base our doctrine only on the Bible and not what man has passed down to us through their own understanding (Act 17:29  Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device.).

Mission:

1. To help unite the Church (1Co 12:13  For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit).
2. We believe the Truth (Jesus) is irrefutable and our doctrine (Biblical-based) should be as well. While many will disagree with us or reject us, we hope many see that not everything we were taught (by men/women) is correct and now we want God to teach us by listening to Him and reading His Word.
3. We believe in uniting believers all over the world no matter the differences, helping missionaries, and believe in the call to witness (Mar 16:15  And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature).

PCOR9 Christians are the rejects, the outcasts, but that’s a good thing. While most of us felt out of place in the world and the churches, we realized there is the Church. God’s Church. We aren’t the fans, we’re the followers (John 10:14  I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.
John 10:26  But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.
John 10:27  My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me).

We followed God because God came for us (Eze 34:11  For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out).

The world labeled us as Christians, the world says we follow a religion called Christianity, but the world doesn’t know something. We are real. Real means this isn’t a religion, this is our life.
